General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Shing.tv doesn't care about GDPR compliance. Shing.tv also doesn't care at all about whatever California wants. You're not used to hearing this, but Shing.tv isn't for you.

We have a Privacy Policy. We have a Terms of Service. If you have questions about those documents, you can ask and we'll answer. If needed, we'll update those documents. But, we are not bending over backward to accommodate these goofy regulations and whatever is making your brain itch today.

You don't have a right to be here and we're not going to accommodate you. Access to White people is not a right, we don't care about your protected status, and you are being told: No. Your remedy is to log out, close the browser/tab, and leave. Then, don't come back.
